1. Product information:
* The eggcrate is designed with a hinged removable core.It is usually together with filter .User can easily open the inner part to maintain the duct or clean the filters .
* The eggcrate is make of high quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
* Aluminum eggcrate grid is fixed to the frame with aluminum pins .We also have hinged type which core can be easily removable and interchangeable to allow for maximum flexibility in the installation, maintenance and damper adjustment.
* The eggcrate core distance of 12.7x12.7x12.7mm .It's rigid construction provide noiseless performance.
* It is designed for return and exhaust application for air conditioned space.
* The hinged removalbe core eggcrate is unique design with a newly developed air distribution element will definited ocntribute to low sound power level ,low differential pressure,but high volume flow rates.
